Central Military Hospital ranked one of Slovakia's best hospitals in patient satisfaction survey

The Slovak National Uprising (SNP) Central Military Hospital - Faculty Hospital Ružomberok has placed 2nd in the faculty hospitals category of the latest Dôvera Health Insurer Patient Satisfaction Survey. The hospital has thus confirmed once again that it is one of the best medical facilities in Slovakia.

Defence Minister Jaroslav Naď said: ”The hospital’s ranking based on the evaluation of the patients themselves underlines the fact that our hospital staff have provided some of the highest quality medical care in the long run. Knowing that patients in our military hospital always receive medical care that goes above and beyond the standard levels of care, which is also reflected in their positive ratings of the hospital, gives me a feeling of satisfaction.”

Assoc Prof Róbert Rusnák MD PhD said: “The Central Military Hospital has been at the upper end of hospital rankings for years, which can be attributed to the dedication, professionalism and work approach of every single employee of our medical facility. We are very pleased that despite their enormous exhaustion which our health professionals have been facing due to the COVID-19 pandemic for over the past two years, they take their job as a mission and put their maximum efforts into looking after the health of our patients.”

Over 7,000 patients who were treated in one of the Slovak hospitals last year completed the questionnaire for the Dôvera Health Insurer Patient Satisfaction Survey during their hospitalisation. Thanks to this, a list of the best rated medical facilities in Slovakia, which can also be called the patients' hospital ranking list, has been compiled for the 16th time.
