International Scientific Conference „National and International security 2022"
The 13th international scientific conference "National and International Security 2022" took place on October 21-22, 2022 in the hotel Svätojánsky kaštieľ in Liptovský Ján. The main organizer of the conference was the Security and Defence Department of the Armed Forces Academy of General Milan Rastislav Štefánik in Liptovský Mikuláš.
The conference was attended by experts from the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, and Slovakia. Military and civilian universities, scientific and educational institutions dealing with security and defence, as well as the Ministry of Defence of the Slovak Republic and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic were represented.
The conference was organized in five sections:

The conference was organized in five sections:
- International relations,
- National security,
- Security science,
- Deployment of armed forces,
- Security science - conspiracy theories.
A total of 21 papers were presented during the conference. The fruitful discussion followed after everyone presentation. The discussion revealed the need to continue researching the mentioned topics, while the discussants concluded by expressing the contribution of the conference in the mentioned process.
The next conference will be held on October 19-20, 2023.
